Placeholder terms of service. The final version will be reviewed by counsel before launch.

About these terms

By using MyEstatePlanner, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our service.

What MyEstatePlanner provides

MyEstatePlanner is an online platform for creating estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and HIPAA authorizations). Every plan is reviewed by our estate planning team before it is finalized.

What MyEstatePlanner is not

MyEstatePlanner is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The information you give us is not protected by attorney-client privilege. If your situation requires legal advice specific to your circumstances, we’ll tell you, and we can refer you to a qualified attorney.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Payment

You pay one of our published plan prices. Plans are one-time payments. You only pay when you submit your application for review. All sales are subject to our refund policy.

Acceptable use

  • You must use MyEstatePlanner for your own estate planning, not someone else’s without their authorization.
  • Don’t attempt to disrupt the service or access other users’ data.
  • Don’t copy, scrape, or resell our content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyEstatePlanner’s total liability for any claim related to your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for your plan.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you via email or in the hub.
